SHIPPING:

We are based in the UK and we can ship anywhere in the world. We have some very competitive shipping rates which are calculated for your order at the checkout stage.

Our average shipping time is 1-3 days. But please message us if you need it any quicker, we will always try to accomodate.

Some international shipping 'saver' rates are not fully tracked. So if it is important to you to be able to see your order at every stage of it's journey, please select a recorded or DHL express option, which will be fully tracked.  

RETURNS

We want our returns process to be completely hassle free for you! We are extremely proud of our very low return rate, so we are sure you will love your items as much as the rest of the GRL Gang. But should you need to return, or exchange a size our returns policy is 14 days. If we receive your item with no signs of wear or damage we will refund for you with no problems. Please note that personalised and bespoke items are non-returnable - we know you'll love them as soon as you see them, as have all our thousands of customers(!), but on the extremely rare chance that there is an issue, we always resolve any issues you may have with them, just let us know and we will work with you for a resolution, we are a small business and we pride ourselves on our customer service and ALWAYS make sure our customers are happy.

Returns: 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (if applicable).

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@getitgrl.com.

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping:
To return your product, you should mail your product to: GET IT GRL, No 5 The Roundal, Roddinglaw Business Park, Edinburgh, EH12 9DB. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
